Meet Our Founder

Ed Oboli
Founder and CEO, Hongeog LLC.
Ed Oboli is the Founder and CEO of Hongeog LLC, a global management consulting firm dedicated to helping senior leaders radically simplify and transform their organizations. With more than 30 years of diverse business and consulting experience, Ed leads strategy and transformation efforts that have driven over $350 million in profitability gains for companies across various sectors, from mid-sized firms to Fortune 100 conglomerates.
Before founding Hongeog, Ed held senior leadership roles at Citigroup, General Electric, Verizon, T-Mobile, and other major corporations, consistently delivering enterprise-wide performance improvements. Ed holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma and earned an MBA from the University of Dallas, with executive education from The Wharton School.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Ed is a fifth-degree black belt in karate and actively engages in his local community in Carrollton, Texas, where he lives with his wife, Caroline, and their three children.
